- บริษัทฯ ไม่สามารถออกใบกำกับภาษีย้อนหลังได้ รวมถึงไม่สามารถแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือเพิ่มเติมข้อมูลลูกค้าภายหลังได้ หากข้อมูลไม่ครบถ้วนตั้งแต่ครั้งแรก จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นแบบ e-receipt ได้
- บริษัทฯ จะออกใบกำกับภาษีในรูปแบบธรรมดา (กระดาษ) และจัดส่งให้พร้อมกับสินค้า ตามวันที่จัดส่งสินค้า
****รูปแบบ e-receipt
- บริษัทฯ จัดทำใบกำกับภาษีฉบับนี้และส่งข้อมูลให้แก่กรมสรรพากรด้วยวิธีทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ตามวันที่จัดส่งสินค้า ไม่สามารถออกใบกำกับภาษีย้อนหลังได้ และทางกรมสรรพากรจะเป็นผู้จัดส่งใบกำกับภาษีให้แก่ลูกค้าทางอีเมลของลูกค้า
